Avocado Salad
4 to 5 haas avocado or 1 to 2 large California avocado chopped into medium pieces.
1/2 onion, finely diced
1/2 bunch of cilantro, finely diced
3 to 4 medium tomatoes, finely diced
1 tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp of lemon juice
gently combine ingredients and serve
