Kale and Pomegranate Salad
1 bunch of kale or other large leaf green (5 to 6 large leaves)
1/3 onions finely diced
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp liquid amino's (Braggs can be found in grocery store)
2-3 garlic cloves of medium size, pressed and chopped
1/2 cup of pomegranate fruit (with seeds}
1. shred kale into bite sizes bits, by hand. Roll the leaves tightly and cut horizontally very thinly and then vertically
2. combine kale, onions, yeast, garlic amino's- stir well
3. sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top lightly fold
