The value of raw food is unmeasurable. When cooking veggies and fruits the lose a lot of there nutrient value due to heat.

You can replace your daily vitamins with raw veggies and fruit! For best absorption you need to drink veggies and fruits from a blender!

1. Intake of vitamins and proteins.
2. Regular bowel movement/ very important of release toxins from body that could cause cancer!!!
