Before Diop, the common belief that Europeans propagated and falsely made up was that Ancient Egyptians were White {European} or maybe Middle Eastern {Arabs}. Black Africans had not contributed anything to civilization or the progress of the human race!
Diop began challenging Europeans on their belief in 1951.
It was Diop, who was a scientist, turned historian who came up with the test to check the melanin count in d.n.a. to see if a dead person was a Black African! Ramesses II "The Great" the most famous of all the Pharaohs, is the one Diop did his melanin test on which concluded he was a Black African. He relied on his on research and fought vigorously that Black African had contributed more than any other race to civilization, and it was the Europeans that had contributed the least, but had stole the most from the other races!

Before Dr. Ben, Black African descent people did not truly understand who they were in the context of religion. Dr. Ben's claim to fame is proving without a reasonable doubt that Africa is the mother of all modern day religions {Judaism, Christianity and Islam}. All three (3) are branches or offshoots of the Ethiopian- Egyptian {Kemetic} belief system! That he also discredits Europeans or light- skin {pale- face} Jews of being the original Jews! Being he is a real Ethiopian Jew {Falasha}. All modern concept of religion existed in Africa before Africans even knew Europeans even existed, let along step foot on African land.
Christianity comes from the Osiris {Ausar} and Isis {Auset} belief system. Judaism comes from the Ethiopian belief system which is thousands of years older then the Hebrew Bible {Torah}! The modern day Torah gave birth to the modern day Holy Bible, which are both horrible incorrect to the African versions! Modern day Islam is also a offshoot of the Ethiopian - Egyptian {Kemetic}belief system.
Example:
The ten (10) commandments in the Torah and Holy Bible come from the forty- two (42) negative confession in the Osiris and Isis belief system!

The Moorish Empire which was a Global Empire, {Africa, Europe and the Americas}. Even before the Moors the Black Nobility around the World!!! Kingdoms in China, South- East Asia, India, Middle East, Australia and Pacific Islands, Americas! There was a map found that charted Antarctica {South- Pole} before it was covered with snow ans ice!
Africans are so old we really do not know how old we are anymore? The dates that you see and hear about are dates for Caucasian people and their existence!
